Julio Cesar Perez (Cesar) is the Founder and CEO of Glovenco LLC, with DBAs Gloven Capital, Gloven Realty, Gloven Business Advisors and Gloven Money. A graduate of New York University School of Business, he started his small business career at the age of 16 where he was negotiating leases with landlords and building grocery stores and restaurants with is older brother. He started his own SME career upon graduation and has ever since being involved in multiple small business endeavors, from construction to supermarket ownership, import and export, representations and restaurant and catering. After a 7-year hiatus in his native Dominican Republic, he returned to the United States in 2001 and immediately started his career as a real estate agent and mortgage loan officer. In 2005 he started his own company as a real estate, business and mortgage broker where his passion is helping investors and small business owners overcome the hurdles of growth capital so they can fulfil their role as the backbone of economies worldwide.
